Crystal Therapy

An introduction to Vantol Crystal Therapy:-

Essentially Crystal Therapy helps to create profound positive change.

Essentially Crystal TherapyAt certain points in our life, past and present events reach a level of saturation and create a block, which can restrict personal success in love, relationships, work, creativity and future happiness. We find ourselves repeating negative patterns which can be from experiences way back in our childhood; this can culminate in stress, depression and a lack of vital energy, which can eventually result in physical illness. Although the first step to change is recognition, we often reach a stalemate situation, a question of how to initiate positive change. Sometimes a third party is required. Crystal Therapy allows you to take a step back and restore vital energy, which then enables you to seek the best answers, which already lie within. Bringing a sense of identification and then relinquishment of 'that which is no longer required in your life'. The ultimate aim is to allow natural healing to occur, this will then enhance the quality of lifestyle and lead to an innate awareness of what is true and good for your sense of well being, and of those around you.

Crystal Therapy

Crystal Therapy helps to redress the balance of the Human Energy Field (The Human Aura), Dr. Victor Inyushin at Kajakh University in Russia has done extensive research with the Human Energy Field since the 1950's. Using the results of these experiments he suggests the existence of a 'Bioplasmic ' energy field composed of ions, free protons and free electrons. There appears to be a balance of positive and negative particles within the bioplasma, which is relatively stable. If there is a radical shift in this balance the health of the organism is affected. Physicists have found that particles move in waves, these are called 'Probability Waves', which suggests that the laws of nature are dissolved into wave-like patterns of interconnections. In 1964 physicist J S Bell published 'Bells Theorem' which mathematically supports the concept that subatomic particles are connected in a way that transcends space and time, one particle interacting with other particles. This effect is immediate and does not need 'time '. There is a harmonious rapport between the Human Energy Field and crystals.

Crystals

At the beginning of the world of crystals was Magma, which is a mass of molten rock, once it begins to cool down, it can no longer retain all of the different substances and some of the matter starts to precipitate out like small seeds that gradually grow into larger crystals. The size depends upon how quickly the Magma cools down and the length of time available for the growth process to take place. The Earth's crust consists of discrete 'shields' or 'plates', which float on top of the Magma, in a similar manner to ice on the surface of water. The plates vary in thickness and it is only the smallest portion that is visible on the surface. Due to the currents of the Magma the plates of the Earth's crust are in constant motion.

Igneous crystals and minerals

Crystals and minerals formed directly from Magma are called igneous or magmatic, depending on where they are formed, on the crust or deep in the earth; igneous rocks are divided into a volcanic origin (vulcanite) or plutonic origin (plutonites). Minerals that form within the plutonites are then subdivided into three categories called liquid-matic, pneumoatolytic and hydrothermal.

The healing properties of igneous crystals and minerals

Igneous rocks cannot change our inherent tendencies, but they can enable us to develop our inner potential and therefore lead a more fulfilling lifestyle. The minerals can encourage a spiritual experience and may help with healing past experiences, repetitive negative thought and behaviour patterns. They also work directly on healing the physical body. Examples of igneous or magmatic crystals are: Tourmaline, Topaz, Rose quartz, Fire Opal and Fluorite.

Sedimentary formation

The weather and environment plays a big part in shaping and reforming crystals and rocks. The rock is gradually dissolved either partially or completely through the effect of outside forces. The rock then represents only one element, which together with other substances, reform creating new minerals.

The healing properties of sedimentary crystals

Sedimentary crystals and rocks reflect our environment and the huge effect that it has upon us as individuals. They enable us to release rigid ideas and influences that are no longer required, therefore leaving room for fresh growth. Stress levels can be dissolved. Examples of sedimentary crystals are: Turquoise, Pink Opal, Chalcedony and Jasper.

Metamorphosis

Crystals and rocks involved in this process restructure themselves under extreme pressure. Crystals that have been randomly interlocked will become more organised. The process of transformation of existing rock under extreme pressure is called metamorphosis.

The healing properties of metamorphic crystals

Metamorphic crystals help to stimulate an inner transformational process. They can be used as a preventative to disease where the root lies in the fear of letting go. Examples of metamorphic crystals are: Lapis Lazuli, Emerald, Jade and Marble.

The crystal treatment

A crystal treatment is extremely gentle, relaxing, but also uplifting and energising. The timing of a treatment is flexible, but generally it should last for about an hour. The first session would take longer so that the preliminary assessment can be accurately made. It is important for the environment to be conducive to relaxation. The client can remain fully clothed as long as they are wearing natural fibres such as cotton or silk. It is recommended not to use perfume or to wear jewellery during the treatment and to abstain from drinking alcohol afterwards for at least 24 hours. Crystals are laid either on or around the body, also on the Chakra points. The crystals will absorb negativity and so therefore it is extremely important for crystals to be continually cleansed. A pendulum is used throughout the treatment to determine points in the body that require attention. One session of crystal therapy can be likened to 'peeling layers of an onion' and so therefore follow up treatments are usually recommended. This will ultimately assist a client to eventually take action, which will create positive change.

'Res non verba' (deeds not words).

About Ibiza

Getting Around

Accommodation

It's not all about the clubs, there are the fiestas which seem to happen every other day, the markets etc. Also included is a little potted history, maps, tourist offices, tips, churches etc   For those of you who like delayed trains, cramped tube trains and traffic jams - Ibiza doesn't have them (though the hippy market in Es Canar can get a tad busy) - here's how to get around when you are here.   Accommodation is a nightmare in the summer, but we've got hotel & hostel numbers, and a growing villa, hotel & rental section for those who don't want the usual package holiday.
