Slightly off the beaten track and all the better for it in peak season. You head for San Carlos and the follow the road towards Es Figueral till a signpost directs you to the right to Cala Boix.
You arrive at a large gravelled carpark with restaurants on all sides.
The escape route is to your right down 39 steps to the beach.Since the beach is quite open to the sea, it is one of those where you can usually find that Mediterranean rarity - waves. These are often eminently suitable for body surfing. A nice sandy beach, very popular with people on yachts, but rarely overcrowded.

TIPS Wear waterproof sandles. Great for children who want to look around the rocks to catch crabs and fish. Your Safety Dont swim out too far from the beach. Some beaches have rocks! We advise you to becareful when jumping of diving into the sea. Look first! Its Hot Wildlife Jellyfish and sea urchins are the only real threats in the Mediteareanm sea.And they are not life threating in anyway, but you can epect a nasty sting from a jellyfish .Niether sharks or whales swim around these Islands.
