Los Pinares Apartments are inconspicuously hidden in the village of S'argamassa, midway between the pretty market town of Santa Eulalia (3 kilometres) and the bustling seaside resort of Es Canar. This gives residents the option of both resorts, within walking distance or a short bus ride, while 'home base' is a beautiful, tastefully designed and thoughtfully laid out arrangement of 28 apartments in substantial grounds, with a choice of two swimming pools.
The apartments are all built in a traditional Ibicenco 'finca' style, with lots of beams, pan-tiles, wooden doors, windows and their frames, set in a garden with mature trees all around offering welcome shade and exuding a laid back and relaxed feeling to the entire complex.
Exactly the sort of feeling that any aspiring holidaymaker would be seeking, as opposed to the hustle and bustle of a high rise apartment block in the middle of a noisy holiday resort?
The east coast side of Ibiza boasts more beautiful beaches than any other stretch of island coastline with more than a dozen beaches to choose from within easy walking distance - the nearest being S'argamassa beach 400 metres away.
There is also a poolside bar and cafeteria alongside reception with a large ivy shrouded covered terrace, surrounding the pool with crazy paving. This serves full meals and bar snacks, holds a regular barbecue by the pool and has pool, darts and Sat-TV to cater for all tastes.
