Apartments Bonaire - San Antonio

The Bonaire Apartments are a small resort, our aim is to offer you good service, looking after all our customers, to help make your stay on Ibiza more enjoyable.

Bonaire Apt. are of one and two bedrooms.

*The one bedroom apartments are of high standard and are of approximately 40m2 being very spacious. They consist of a bedroom with two single beds, large with T.V., bed setter for two people and kitchen. The kitchen has two electric rings, fridge and basic cooking utensils, including plates, knives, forks, etc. a bathroom complete with bath. All apartments have an ample balcony with sea-view.

*The two bedroom apartments are of high standard and are approximately 80m2. Each bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobe. There are two bathrooms, one with bath, one with a shower, a large lounge with bed setter, kitchen with four ring cooker, fridge, basic cooking utensils including plates, knives, forks, etc., and a large balcony with sea view.

The Bonaire Apt. are spacious and comfortable all came equipped with sheets, towels, etc.

Description of the location:

Bonaire Apt. are situated in the bay of San Antonio within the township of San Jose , dawn Granada St. by the Pinet Beach (next to hotel Pinet Playa). They are located in a tourist area with bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and hotels nearby. The sandy beach is the largest within the bay of San Antonio and the only one still conserving the typical wooden beach kiosks

Description of the establishment:

Bonaire Apt. consist of seven of one bedroom and five of two bedroom apartments.

There is a large swimming pool, tennis court and gardens.

All apartments have sea views and views towards San Antonio . They are situated on the first line of the beach.

Minimum reservation of 3 days.
Payment: In advance, 30% of total by bank transfer or by Visa or Mastercard on reservation, the rest on arrival.
A 30% deposit paid in advance is refundable if cancellation is seven days before date of arrived. If the cancellation is less than seven days prior arrived, the deposit is non returnable.
“No show” loses 100% of the total amount paid for the booking.
These prices include:

V.A.T.
Water.
Electricity.
Gas.
Cleaning of apartment 3 times a week.
Towels changed every 2 days.
Sheets changed once a week.
