The Ebusus Apartments are situated right in the centre of the village of Santa Eulalia del Rio, 15 kms from Ibiza Town and 20 kms from the airport. Not only are we in the resort center but also a short distance from the sandy beach (500m) and the yacht marina ( 200m). All the services you may require are in the immediate vicinity: banks, pharmacy, supermarkets... and we are right at the entrance to the famous 'street of restaurants' where you can choose any cuisine you care for : typical island cuisine, pizzerias, Chinese, French, North African, 'tapas'...
Only about 5 minutes walk from the beach, the facilities of these well-equipped apartments include: kitchenette, full bathroom, satellite TV, terrace or balcony and all have either a ceiling-fan or air-conditioning.
In the immediate vicinity you will find all the services you may require: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, banks and a wide variety of shops and boutiques.
The Ebusus Apartments offer three different types of accommodation:
Studios (24), Apartments (8), and Penthouses (5).

Situation On the top 2 (5th & 6th ) floors. Magnificent views of the sea, pine-covered hills and the historical complex of 'Puig de Missa', the church and citadel.
Facilities Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and new, good quality spring-mattresses.
Fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Kitchen (American-bar style): Full gas-cooker with oven, fridge and fully equipped.
Micro-wave available on request.
Spacious salon with 1 or 2 sofa-beds (each converting into 2 single beds), coffee table, 2 armchairs and dining-table + chairs.
Spacious terrace with views of the sea, the hills, 'Puig de Missa' and the village. Equipped with 2 hammocks, terrace-table and chairs.
Complete bathroom with WC, bidet, shower and bath.

Situation On 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Higher floors with view. Air-conditioning on 4th floor.
Facilities - Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and new, good quality spring-mattresses.
Fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker.
Micro-wave available on request.
- Salon with sofa-bed (converting into 2 single beds), Coffee table, 2 armchairs and dining-table + chairs. Balcony with table and 4 chairs.
- Complete bathroom with WC, bidet, shower and bath. Apartments on the 4th floor have air-conditioning and heating.
