Scuba Diving Centre

Arenal Diving Centre is located in San Antonio on the beach called Playa Del Arenal in front of the hotel Arenal. San Antonio is on the West side of the Island which is more protected area against high winds that are more common on the East side of the Island.
This also makes it an excellent location to learn to dive and other water sports because the seas remain relatively calm on the West side of Ibiza.

 

Arenal Diving is recognized by the Padi association as a 5 star resort centre. They have a wide selection of courses and dive packages for you even if you are a first time diver or professional. Arenal Diving have a complete selection of courses to take from a beginner up to a dive master.

At Arenal Diving they are open minded and multi-cultural and have made their goal as a dive centre to satisfy all their clients by giving excellent service at its highest quality. The team at Arenal Diving use effective teaching methods to not just get your license but to give you the ultimate experience of adventure and fun in recreational diving. The team at Arenal Diving are all professionally trained instructors with great experience in scuba diving and great ability to pass on their own knowledge of diving with safety as there number 1 rule. All the courses are from PADI which are most internationally recognized certification. Learning to dive and earning a PADI license you are able to dive anywhere in the world.

Arenal diving have their own boats and just a few minutes South of the diving centre you will find the national Park of Cala D'ort and the Island of Conejera, in these areas there are over 30 dive spots. And just 15 minutes North you will find the Island of Ses Margalides which is known as one of the best dive sites in the Baleares.
The world beneath Ibiza is to be discovered from Shipwrecks, Caves, Caverns and spectacular underwater scenery with an incredible ecosystem all to be experienced when diving with Arenal Diving.

Underwater Photography

Arenal Diving is specialized in underwater photography. Alex Boix is the director of the Arenal Diving centre and is also a professional underwater photographer. Alex Boix has won first prize at the First International Underwater image festival organized by L'Oceanographic in Valencia. The photo got top spot which was a photo taken of a Sirvia fish trapped in an abandoned net.
