"Unhinged"

Note: "Unhinged" is a unique collaboration between three local
artists each employing different forms of expression. The idea was concieved
over a number of interesting sessions and was finally resolved by Jod Paanakker
who put the accompanying exhibition together.

Bill Fulljames was born in Portsmouth in 1939 and studied at Portmouth
College of Art, Swansea College of Art and the University of Wales. He had
resided in Ibiza since 1972 after 8 years of travelling and learning different
techniques. He has exhibited his wood engravings and sculptures all over
Spain and enjoys a considerable respect and position in the artistic community.
Jürgen Kemmerer, born in Frankfurt/Main, came to Ibiza in 1972. Here
he studied various art techniques with local artists. Finally he decided
that collages is his way to express himself, using the princilpe of recycling
as an art form. His works have been exhibited since 1986 in Ibiza, Madrid
and Frankfurt/Main. At the same time he has been producing projection shows
with slides of his collages, syncronising the picture changes with the music
in the major clubs of Madrid and Ibiza.
Colin Casbolt was born in Bath, England in 1946 and studied social
psychology and criminology at York and London Universities. He went on the
road 1971 and finally settled in Ibiza in 1982. He has been writing for many
years for magazines and papers and 2 years ago decided to formalise his work
in verse and stories. This is his third book and follows "Thank God I'm still
a hippy" and "Local, Vocal and Uncensored".
