One of the six offenders remaining in prison after Operation Trafalgar back in September, is set to be released after the judge confirmed that the pills which were found on him are not illegal in Spain, although the exact content of the substance found is still to be made public.
A total of 25 people were arrested, the majority British, after police raids on several apartments across the island, including two apartments in San Antonio. After speedy trials the majority were let go, although six were detained and remain in prison, including the two who police believe were running the entire operation.
