Movilab – Science lab visits Ibiza

Movilab trailer will be on Ibiza this weekend from 24th to the 27th of March. Movilab is a trailer which is a mobile science lab for visitors to interactive with, including small workshops inside. Aimed at both the general public and students of all ages the workshops are designed for all ages from age six up to 90. For groups it requires reservation. Each student or person will get 15mins on board the truck. The workshops introduce the visitors to the scientific worlds, trying to arouse emotions and empathy for scientific work. Different knowledge of physics, chemistry and biology, and some of its everyday applications will be shown with experiments. Younger generation can discover the workings of a bulb and some phenomena into light. This is comes to from Spanish Foundation for science and Technology, FECYT, The National Research Council, CSIC and Padrosa Foundation.
