Personal Trainer Brian TalbotHaving spent his teenage years training at Pat Wright School of Football Excellence and then going onto Premiership Football team Birmingham City in the Youth Squad, Brian has always had a background in Sport and Fitness. While keeping Sport and Fitness as a regular occurrence, Brian decided to learn about Nutritional and spent 10 years in some of the top Kitchens in London including Gordon Ramsay and Henry Harris (Author of Passion for Protein) making sure that the food we eat to fuel our body would be exciting and not dull and boring. When joining M Wellness Brian brought along a passion for our Detox Rocks program and you will find him busy making juices in the kitchen when not training. You can also book a 1 hour nutrition consultation and Brian will design a menu with recipes after a Body Composition Analysis

Brian has trained with World Champion Boxing Trainer Lenny Woodhall and Ex Spanish Kick boxing Champion David Torres and now with Faye Maloney (ex GB Champion.
