1. Can I pick up the car at the airport?

Our representative will be waiting for you at arrivals in the airport with an easily recognisable company sign. Phone contact: 00 34 637 46 79 12

2. Is there any extra charge for picking up the car at the airport?

From 8am-7pm: free of charge
From 7pm-23pm: 10 Euros
From 23pm-8am: 25 Euros
Sundays and festives 08.00-23.00 10 Euros

If you prefer, you can take a taxi and we will bring the car to your hotel the following morning.

3. Can I rent a vehicle without a credit card?

No. You must have a credit card and give the date of expiry when you make a booking. Once you are in Ibiza, you can settle the bill in cash if you like.

4. How old must I be to rent a car?

You must be at least 21 years old with at least 3 years driving experience to rent a car. To rent a motorbike, you do not have to be a certain age or have a certain amount of experience; you just need the suitable driving licence.

5. Must I have a licence to be able to rent a motorbike?

To rent a 50cc motorbike, you just need a car driving licence; however you must have driving experience. To rent a motorbike higher than 75cc, you must have an A1 or A2 driving licence.

6. What does the car insurance cover?

The insurance covers third party damage, passengers, vehicle theft and damages to the rental vehicle except the deductibles, which range from between €200 and €700. If you drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the insurance does not cover any damages you may cause. The insurance also does not cover damages caused while the vehicle is being driven by an unauthorised person. Any damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle is not covered on the insurance.

7. Is there any extra charge for an additional driver?

No. Up to 3 authorised persons may drive the vehicle.

8. Is there any extra charge for cancelling a booking?

If you do not cancel the booking at least 48 hours in advance, there is a charge of one day's rental fee, according to the rates in force at the time.

9. Does the insurance cover the loss of keys or objects stolen from the vehicle?

You must pay for any lost keys and personal items stolen from the vehicle are not insured.

10. What do I need as a deposit?

An open credit card.

11. Can you recommend any hotel or any special sites on the island?
