Hotel Cenit, Ibiza Town

he Hotel Cenit has a favorable location in the Los Molinos area of Ibiza. The most spectacular feature of this hotel is its singular location – on top of a small hill, with the sea in view. The hotel boasts of a remarkable surrounding away from the noisy bustles of the city. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The coastal scenery of the Formentera and Figueretas Beach from the hill top is amazingly beautiful.

The guest rooms are set up with an attached bathroom, telephone, safe deposit and a balcony. All rooms are designed carefully with a Mediterranean touch to match the calmness of the natural surroundings. They are done up in blue and white colours which blend very well with the colours of the sea and sky and are perfectly soothing to the mind.

Regarding the rooms there are options for the guests. In all there are 63 rooms, single and double with basic amenities like an attached bathroom with shower, phone and a balcony. Most of the balconies have an enchanting view of the sea or the Figueretas Beach. The fridge and TV can be hired at the reception itself.

Another choice is of staying at one of the 56 studios, which can accommodate two-three people at a time. These studios include a bedroom and also come with a bathroom with shower, fridge, kitchen and an expansive balcony. If your group is larger, you can opt for staying at one of the 9 apartments, capable of allowing three to five people. These apartments are very spacious having a living room with a sofa-bed and two bedrooms.  These include a bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge and a balcony.

The rooms look tidy and fresh as they are cleaned every morning. The towels are also changed daily and the bed linen twice in a week. The breakfast here is served as a buffet.

For the travelers there is a lot to see and enjoy. The closest are the two beaches of Figueretas and Playa d’en Bossa which holds promises of an amusing and refreshing time with all kinds of water sports as well as ferries to other tourist spots. At a short distance of only ten minutes is the centre of Ibiza town. Here there is much scope for recreation with a wide choice of pubs, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops – all standing on the promenade.

A little farther, near to the ancient town, removed from the noisy city is the Es Puig des Molins. A hill covered with olive trees – standing here you can have a view of the strait which separates Ibiza and Formentera and also the beaches of Figueretas and Playa d’en Bossa.

The place is well connected by all means of transport. A taxi or a bus will be available at a distance of 250 meters. Walking 5 minutes will bring you to the ferries and the airport is a 15 minutes drive by car. The centre of the town is only ten minutes away. Whether one chooses to swim or sunbathe, the nearby bay makes for a perfect place for both.

Other than this there is a swimming pool enclosed by glass, on the roof terrace, for the guests who choose to stay within the hotel premises.
