Parmesan & Sunblush tomato stuffed chicken rotolos wrapped in a crisp Serrano ham shell.
Sweet chilli & lime marinated vegetable & halloumi brochettes served with honey roasted peanut-cashew satay.
Lamb cutlets basted in rosemary, lemon & sweet roasted red pepper marinade.
Gamba Prawns in Parsley, sea salt & roasted garlic cold pressed olive oil.

- Torn Bufalo Mozzerella, triple tomato and basil salad drizzled in balsamic glaze.
