Ibiza is such a wonderful place to get married, imagine spending your special day with family and friends amongst the May orange blossom trees in a 300year old boutique finca hotel or in a chic minimal villa over looking the sea as the sun sets.
Every year we help couples make their dream wedding happen here.
With more than 10 years experience in Wedding and events planning, our aim is to fulfil your dreams of a magical wedding in Ibiza.
At eat we create beautiful weddings that reflect the style and taste of every couple, we offer a personal service which includes helping you through every step of catering and planning your dream wedding in Ibiza from finding the perfect venue to lighting hundreds of candles and everything in between

We offer a very flexible service with lots of variety and choice designing menu’s to suite individual tastes, from a simple Mediterranean service to a relaxed Luxury wood fired BBQ…the options are as limitless as your imagination.

‘EAT’ Mediterranean Wedding Menu

Welcome Aperitif

Fresh strawberry and cava sangria served with warm crispy bruschettas topped with sun blush tomatoes, balsamic glaze and parmesan shavings.
Accompanied by bowls of pan toasted chilli Almonds.

To Start Mezze -Tapas
(Served as platters to every table)

Crispy Jabugo chorizo bites sprinkled with smoked paprika
Buffalo mozzarella, Serrano ham & chilli fig salsa topped star cut fresh figs.
Whole roasted red bell peppers drizzled in crushed black olive extra virgin olive oil.
Feta, cucumber, mint & lime tabouli salad drizzled in minted Greek yogurt.
Caramelised Spanish Lemon & Basil marinated queen olives.
Authentic roasted garlic Ali oli.
Zatar humus.
Gambas a la plancha with garlic & parsley butter.
Balsamic roasted Asparagus and vine cherry tomatoes sprinkled with cracked black pepper & Salinas sea salt.
Aged Manchego cheese slices served with sweet red onion confit.
(Served with baskets of freshly baked breads)

Main Courses
(Silver service to the table by waiting staff)
Medallions of fillet steak served with a truffle & cream veloute

Pan fried line caught Sea Bass fillet served balsamic caramelised lemon wedges.

Parmesan and sun blush tomato stuffed chicken breast rotolo wrapped in a crisp Serrano ham shell

Honey glazed roasted summer vegetable and crumbled goats cheese filo tartlet (vegetarian option).

Sides
(Served to the centre of the table to share)

Wild rocket salad with balsamic caramelised red onions, parmesan shavings, sweet sun blush tomatoes and warm toasted pine kernels.

Orange, honey and rosemary glazed roasted new potatoes sprinkled in Maldon sea salt

Chargrilled Mediterranean Vegetables marinated in lemon and balsamic served with whole roasted garlic bulbs.

Dessert Ideas

Indulgence sharing plate of chocolate fudge brownie bites, baked Madagascan vanilla cheesecake, fresh strawberries, warm chocolate fudge sauce and vanilla dipping cream.

Orange blossom & Madagascan vanilla crème brulee

Lemon, shortbread & caramelised brown sugar tart

Iced summer fruit Martini’s with Absolute vodka-Berry Coulis

Minted Mascarpone & 70% coco truffled mousse.
