The M Wellness detox programme is an alkalising raw fruit, vegetable and superfood based juice detox. You will flush out toxins, rebalance your digestive system and lose weight, all by consuming our 5 healthy juices a day.You pick up your freshly prepared juices at 9am each day, and that's it! The juices contain your nutritional needs so all you need to supplement the dtox with is green tea and water. The detox is beneficial in rebalancing your digestive system, having an alkalising effect, flushing out toxins, and aiding weight loss.
