| 20th March - Its a full moon - tomorrow is the Equinox and we think the official start of summer. Friday was spent on the beach at Playa D'en Bossa, in front of the currently closed Bora Bora bar. A perfect sunny afternoon, no-one on the beach at all and a view to die for. We had to experience our first "fly-past" of the summer... |
| 12th March - The team, now four, went
on their first official firms do - (frightening!) After some deliberation we decided on the infamous El Naranjo/Orange Tree restaurant here in Santa Eulalia. It happened to be their opening night, so it was very busy, great fun and with a brilliant atmosphere. We ploughed our way through the likes of Endives with Roquefort, Beef Wellington and Rabbit with Scampi (Ibiza's version of surf and turf?), washed down with a tinsy winsy bit of wine. All in all it was very civilised - no work talk, no arguments, no-one got drunk and the bill was less than a tenner a head - and if you believe that you'll believe anything ! Super evening let's do it again sometime. |
| 11th March - We are nearing the look we want, we're nearly there.... A New section has been added - The Message Center - here you will find message boards for Jobs Wanted & Offered, For Sale/Wanted, General Ibiza chat, Clubs Chat and as it expands and grows other sections will be addded as & when.. ie chat about the best beaches, whatever... It's obviously in testing so if it falls over occasionally we apologise in advance ;) |
| 7th March - campsites updated (The R.O.W softball side were late turning up so we had a mixed nation game instead). We have had a couple of additions to the team in the last week - details to follow. |
| 2nd March - Yes we've been lax in updating.... the message board now works and we've busy doing some research and mundane things....There have also been sightings this week of the early tourists.... This weekend sees Great Britian taking on The Rest of the World at softball... Our resident nasa scientist (honest!) should be umpiring... (oh and the baby's gone - a redesign shortly.... Radio 1 have confirmed their presence the weekend of 4/5/6 August (see clubs) |
