During the summer, you can enjoy our generous terrace and extensive cocktail garden; and in the winter, you can warm yourself in front of the open fire in the cosy finca. The heart of Casa Colonial is a cosy warm old finca which embodies the real spirit of Ibiza. During the winter months, we not only serve food in front of a traditional open fire, we also use the space for regular exhibitions from local artists and international artists from around the world.

The summer months the whole building is transformed into a stylish Ibiza lounge bar which opens out into a beautiful garden.During the day, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, and when darkness falls, candlelight and discreet lighting lend the terrace a magical glow.Limpid pools covered by tropical ferns, statues of the Buddha standing between exotic plants, discreet lounge music – this sums up our Asiatic cocktail garden with its many inviting corners beneath the palms. Let yourself be enchanted by the atmospheric glow of the garden flares, and treat yourself to one of the many international cocktails prepared by our bartender.After your meal you can sink into deep white armchairs and enjoy an aromatic cigar from our extensive selection or just treat yourself to a cool drink.

You can come and enjoy a meal on our large colonial style terrace where you can watch our chefs prepare your meal in the outdoor kitchen which is located on the terrace, in a Thai wok or in the olive wood oven and then enjoy our unique fusion of Thai and Mediterranean-French cuisine.The secret of our dishes lies in their simplicity. We concentrate on what is really important, and offer a range of dishes to tempt your palate with different taste experiences.We change our choice of starters on a daily basis. They are a mix of Asiatic and light Mediterranean delicacies. And to follow, you have a choice of main courses, from curry to French specialities, to fillet steak.We use only the best fresh ingredients, which we buy daily. Everything we use must meet the high standards of our kitchen.Our excellent wine cellar is stocked with hand-picked wines from Ibiza, Spain, France and California. You will find a suitable wine to accompany every dish.We are consciously following a tradition of hospitality which has always been treasured in the tropical regions of the world.
