| At the heart of the island, yet nowadays by-passed by the main Ibiza - San Antonio road, this place is no longer the journeys break that people had in mind upon reaching the top of the hill that divides the island. It is nonetheless a pleasant spot to break your journey and contemplate the difference between these two disparate parts of a tiny island, or to watch the sun set over San Antonio. On the other hand it is also the nearest village (walking distance) from two of the island's oldest and most famous discos - Amnesia and Privilege. So watching the sunrise is also an option? |

Near by town of Ibiza for hospital and chemists.
All chemist's shops display a large green cross outside (Farmacias). They are open usually between 09.30 to 13.30 and 17.00 to 21.00.

Petrol is sold as Super, Sin Plomo 95 and 98 (unleaded) and Gasoil (diesel). Most service stations are open from 07.00 to 23.00, although there are some which open 24 hours a day |
