Sa Trincha
At the Southern end of Salinas beach, this bar can claim to be one of the finest spots for a beach bar on the island. It further exploits this with some of the coolest live DJ music available, courtesy of DJ Jonathon. A very laid back place with excellent swimming and views out to Formentera. People here wear less clothing than most places too, so the view can be breathtaking!
Jockey Club
Unique as a beach bar, the Jockey Club is open every day of the year, so you never have to consider whether it will be open or not. The perfect winter meeting place, with good tunes to accompany the view out to Formentera over the breaking waves.
In summer, if you can find a spot, the tunes are just as good, but the view is interrupted by acres of sun-kissed flesh...
Malibu
A place for those who feel most comfortable profiling in the company of other posers. Think models, TV celebraties and other wannabes hoping to find their picture in tomorrow's paper sporting huge sunglasses, designer handbags or expensive watches. There's a small boutique too for those feeling insufficiently overdressed in their bikini.
Guarana Beach bar
A classy and well kept bar offering sunbeds complete with cushions and towels. The DJ entertains a predominantly German audience of VIP's, often including famous German footballers.
