Welcome to February, the month when Neptune enters Pisces, which it rules jointly with Jupiter.  Pisces, the two fishes swimming in opposite directions.  Ambivalent, capable of seeing both sides of any story, and now host to Neptune, who fogs, muddles and dissolves.  In all the darkness of deep Neptune, amidst the swirling waters or fog, the old order is being dissolved, and a new order mystically appears.  This is  global order change, but like any fog it pervades everywhere, so ...
