"Can Gat" is without doubt one of the most traditional country houses in the village of San Carlos, dating back to the 19 th century. It was completely reformed in the year 2000.The owners have tried to conserve the authentic flavour of the old Ibicencan houses, hense the wooden beams, staircases, doors, windows and dense walls etc.

"Can Gat" is situated 500m from the quaint and tranquil village of San Carlos, 8km from the town of Santa Eulalia, 22km from Ibiza, 27km from the airport, 6km from the beach of Es Cana, 5km from the beach of Es Figueral and from the famous nudist beach of Aguas Blancas.

The villa has 2 storeys and sleeps upto 6 people. Upstairs 30m2 is the "suite"- the main bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom with a "whirlpool" bath. Leading off the bedroom is a small covered terrace with lovely views of the village and surrounding countryside. On the ground floor is a large and origional dining room with a fire place. It is decorated with period furniture, pictures and antique ornaments. There is also a TV/SAT and a music system. On this floor are 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. There is a complete bathroom.

The outside of the house is also very picturesque with a large terrace, barbecue area and swimming pool with a roman steps (4m x 9.5m and 1m to 1.90m deep) surrounded by a lovely green lawn, and fruit trees. Outside is another bathroom with a shower and there is laundry room.
