Can Prats is a five bedroom, single storey villa set in the Morna Valley hillside, a kilometer from the village of San Carlos in the north-east of Ibiza.
It has an imposing electric gated front entrance with a long driveway leading up to the 'Welcome' sign and ample parking. The villa is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens featuring almost every Mediterranean species that you can imagine, from bananas to honeysuckle. The front of the house is dominated by two beautiful, mosaic swimming pools with unusual water features, a shaded Jacuzzi and poolside shower.
To one side is a large garden barbecue area while the rest of the enormous garden is laid out to lawns decorated with palm, olive, carob and almond trees, to name but a few.
The elevated front terrace with its unusual cartwheel table offers views over the surrounding hills of the beautiful and peaceful Morna Valley .
You enter the villa into a large comfortable 'entrada' with satellite TV (English, Spanish and German), DVD and stereo system. Beyond that is a beautiful new, fully equipped, open plan kitchen (including dish washer) and dining room with a huge wooden table that seats ten people. Off the kitchen there is another large outside terrace, overlooking the lawned garden and the hills at the back of the property, from which you can just see the distant neighbouring properties.
All in all there are five bedrooms, four of which are either double or twin and two bathrooms, so the property can comfortably cater for nine people. There is also a separate laundry building outside housing the washing machine, tumble drier and an outside bathroom.
The villa has the benefit of full air conditioning, oil fired central heating and a safe for your valuables. It is fully alarmed with a front gate intercom incorporating video to allow you to admit the visitors of your choice.
The cleaner visits twice a week and the swimming pools are cleaned every day
