	Villas S'Argamassa Villas S'Argamassa is in the centre of the seaside village of S'Argamassa in between the busy market town of Santa Eulalia and the bustling tourist resort of Es Canar, making it convenient for both. As the name suggests Villas S'Argamassa consists of 15 individual finca style villas - tastefully laid out in extensive gardens with mature trees, palms, banana plants, exotic flowers and lawns. Each villa has its own separate swimming pool for exclusive use 24 hours a day and which is cleaned every morning.



	Each villa has four double, or twin, bedrooms (some with terraces) to comfortably cater for eight people, a large split level kitchen/dining room and lounge with an open fireplace. On the ground floor each has a WC and shower room supplemented by a further full bathroom upstairs. Carefully thought out, half of the villas have a bedroom on the ground floor to cater for those with very young children or disabilities. Within the grounds there is also a children's playground and at the front of the complex the reception area comprises a comfortable bar restaurant with a large covered terrace tastefully laid out with wicker furniture. They serve an extensive menu of main dishes, which extends to include breakfasts and snacks to suit all tastes day or night.

	On the other hand, barbecues are available to rent, as are fans for when it gets really hot. Established for 25 years, you will find numerous awards for excellence from tour operators decorating the reception wall, and when you visit you will understand why. Many people return year after year between May and October. Location : 400 m to S'Argamassa beach, 300 m to Cala Pada beach, 3 km to Santa Eulalia, 2 km to Es Canar. Supermarket opposite entrance.
