This beautiful villa in extensive gardens overlooks the quiet village of Siesta, within walking distance of Santa Eulalia - the 3rd biggest town on the island of Ibiza.

It is a luxurious five bedroom house at a very reasonable price for such a magnificent location. It comfortably accommodates 8 people in 3 double and 2 single bedrooms on two levels. There are 3 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The open-plan, split level living room with open fireplace extends to 60 m² and comprises a large American kitchen and dining room on the lower level, a comfortable lounge with Satellite TV and stereo on the upper. French windows on both levels lead you out to the pool area and garden respectively as do the French Windows from the master bedroom. The stereo system also serves the garden through external speakers and there are no immediate neighbours in the vicinity to disturb.
The large swimming pool and surrounding terraces are complemented by a pool side shower and built in barbecue, all partially shaded by a stand of large pine trees during the hottest hours of the day. The rest of the extensive garden boasts many mature trees including palms, roses and a lovely lemon tree.

Adjoining the main living room and fully equipped kitchen there is a laundry room complete with washing machine. Throughout the villa there are built in wardrobes and the benefit of air conditioning and central heating throughout. Upstairs there is an enormous roof terrace with panoramic views over Santa Eulalia and the coastline to the north.
