Casa Carolle is a wonderful house in a perfect position. It is only 2 mins drive to Ibiza Town (there are great views of the old town from the pool), 1 minute from the lively village of san Rafel, 5 mins Playa Den Bossa, walking distance to Amnesia and Privelege and the famous restaurant Las Dos Lunas and only 5 minutes drive from some wonderful beaches. Public transport is also only 2 minutes walk.
The Villa is two houses joined together. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and 3 with double beds, and 2 showers/toilets. There is a large lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely chill out terrace, DVD, satellite TV, Music system and WIFI.
A covered sun lounge separates the two houses. House two has a small kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds.
Outside there is a lovely swimming pool, 8 meters x 4 meters, a BBQ, chill out area, Al Fresco Dining area, a garden with orange trees and small fish pond. There is also ample parking and a laundry.
This villa is perfect for families (very child friendly) and perfect for groups wanting very easy access around the island. It is also great value for money.
