"Can Cardona" is a traditional Ibicencan house situated in the country in "Puig Den Valls". It is a 15 minute drive away, from the airport and 6 minutes from the town of "Ibiza".
The villa has 3 bedrooms : 2 with double beds ( one of which has a four poster bed, which gives the room a "romantic" feel.) The third bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds.
As well as being spacious, the living room is full of interest, as it has many antique ornaments. It has satellite tv, dvd (with radio) with various films, a hi fi system with speaker "surround".
The dining room is amplio with a very original dining table .
It has 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and 1 with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.(washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven etc)
The house has a unique and original decor.
The entrance to the house, has a porch, which again is very inviting, overlooking a very picturesque garden,(800m of land) which has different levels, making it very intriging, with its lovely trees, flowers and stone figures ornately placed around the garden, creating an almost "fairy tale" scene. It is the ideal place to sit and relax on a hot summers afternoon with a cool drink. Or a perfect place to dine in the evenings.
The garden also has a large swimming pool ( 9.5m x 4m, shallow end 1m to 1.90m).
A carpark is just behind the house.
There is a sheltered games area including a billiard table and table tennis.
Near to the porch is the barbecue area is enclosed by " rose clad" arches.Which again adds "beauty and originality" to the garden.
The ideal place for a relaxing holiday !.

There is a cleaning service: Every three days there is a general clean( except the kitchen) and a change of towels, the sheets are changed once a week.
The country house of "Can Cardona" is legally registered with the tourist board.
Register number: VTV-0251-EIF.
The house is insured against any accident, except burglery. (Insured by WINTERTUR).
