The true start of the summer. Temperatures have been recorded as high as 28ºC, but you'd be lucky to see that kind of heat in May on the whole. It's a wonderfully mild time of the year though, and you're unlikely to need more than one layer of clothing at any time of day.

One thing you must catch in May is Eivissa Medieval, held on the second Sunday in the walled city of Dalt Vila in Ibiza Town.
