You can do without most things at a wedding, but a Celebrant to host the ceremony is not one of them! Sometimes, Celebrants (that is what they do) refer to themselves as 'Officiants' or 'Ceremony Master'.
Remember that unless you are a Roman Catholic, or a resident of Spain, you cannot marry on Ibiza. If you are both Roman Catholics, or Spanish residents, contact you priest, or a town hall on Ibiza.
Most people select to marry quietly in a registry office in the UK (or their home country) and then hold a celebration ceremony on Ibiza. Will you hear and understand them? Clear diction and a strong voice are essential. How much care do they take in preparing your ceremony? If they don't bother with the preparation, what will the ceremony be like? Be clear about the price, and what you are getting for it. Are there any 'extras' that will suddenly appear?
